An executive leadership coaching is the concept at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching where several leadership global competencies are worked upon with the leader where stakeholders i.e. employees of the organization recommend the improvement area for the leader and for the overall growth of the organization thereto. This is a program of a year where through 15 coaching sessions approximately the goal of the leader is reached with the help of stakeholders i.e. employees and leader continuously makes an improvement by working closely with them. If he or she works with full dedication then….results are assured. It is a fantastic concept developed by Marshall Goldsmith who is a No. 1 executive coach. Executive coach works with the leader closely to direct and guide him /her properly during the process.
